The Walk Thru

Tonight was the final walk through before closing tomorrow. A huge storm came through right before we got there and the temp dropped form 92 to 68. It made for a much more pleasant walkthrough.  There were no surprises. Looks like we are getting the grape press and wine casks.

The grapes are growing like made and roses were in bloom. The current owners also planted snow peas...and they are ready to be picked.
