Tomorrow we close! Yeah! Tonight, in 100 degree heat, we do our final inspection of the house. The current owners are spending the night at the place. Hopefully all will go smoothly.
We close at 1pm on Friday. They still haven't given us the exact figure for closing. There is a large oil tank that they haven't had a reading on yet...and it holds 1,000 gallons. At $4 a gallon...that could be huge. Well hopefully it is less than half full.
