True Value Paints

Ok. So Consumer Reports says True Value is a good paint with low VOCs. So they had this great sale... 50% off. So we went and got their color sample books. There colors were really nice. We picked out colors. Went to the hardware store....and they don't seem so good a mixing their own paints. The first batch took a while. Then we had to wait for more paint to come in. The next time we went back with one of their paint chips...they said "that isn't our color." Annoying...because they mixed a totally different color with the same name. I like to use the little guy...but come on.
